Hi there! I’m Jessica, and I’m so glad you’re here. With over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative support, I’ve had the privilege of helping small businesses simplify their operations and succeed—and I absolutely love what I do.

I specialize in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, as well as Microsoft Office, and I thrive on tackling the tasks that keep your business running smoothly. From bank reconciliations and payroll to email and calendar management, my goal is to take the weight off your shoulders so you can focus on the heart of your business.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in various roles, including as a Medical Transcription Specialist, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Real Estate Agent, and administrative support in the construction industry. These opportunities have not only broadened my skill set but also deepened my appreciation for how vital effective support is to every business' success.
